The funny thing is, I bought the mattress to combat my dust allergy. I have a mattress wrap on it as well but my nose twitches and sinuses are going crazy. Will I adjust to this?

You won’t adjust if, in fact, you are allergic. You’re probably not allergic to the mattress itself, but you said you were allergic to dust.
Dust is everywhere. You have to keep your pillows clean. Your blankets, comforters, etc., if your bedroom is carpeted or has drapes/curtains, anyplace that dust can kick up is a threat.
If you were allergic to the mattress, it is less likely that you’d have sinus problems and more likely that you’d have skin problems.
